Rolling Thunder (1977)

Quentin Tarantino thought so highly of this film, he named his short-lived distributing company, Rolling Thunder Pictures, after the film.

One of the all time brilliantly done revenge films. Written by Paul Schrader(Taxi Driver), who wasn’t too happy at the finished product, which I don’t really understand cause to me at least, Rolling Thunder is one of the better revenge movies from the 1970’s. William Devane and a young Tommy Lee Jones give oscar performances here especially for an action film. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good revenge flick.
